Administrative Assistant - ACCS
Riverside is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Adult Community Clinical Services program in Milford!
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the flow of information, communication, and data between program managers, division administrative office, Riverside’s administrative office, and the Department of Mental Health. The Admin Assistant maintains and organizes necessary databases and files and also performs general receptionist and clerical duties to enhance the efficient operation of the program office. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors at the office in a professional and welcoming manner.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving, and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
- Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20.85/hourly

Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required.
- Excellent office skills, including proficiency with word processing and data entry, required.
- Proficient in Excel and general computer skills.
Required Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years administrative experience required.
