Jered LLC, a PAR Systems company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to support the production of mission-critical military and commercial marine equipment.


In this role, you'll lead and coordinate the daily activities of skilled craftsmen across manufacturing operations while serving as a key link between Production, Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Production Control. You'll help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, schedule, and customer requirements while supporting employee development and operational excellence.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating daily manufacturing activities, supporting workforce development, and maintaining accountability across your team while ensuring production commitments are achieved.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or industrial environment

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience coordinating work across multiple manufacturing disciplines

  • U.S. Person


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience leading fabrication, assembly, welding, machining, testing, paint, or other manufacturing operations

  • Experience supporting military, defense, or marine manufacturing programs

  • Knowledge of MIL-SPEC requirements and quality standards

  • Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

  • ERP system experience
