JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Experience Coordinator (TXC) is a people-focused and highly organized role responsible for supporting and enhancing experience of our contractor and industry-specific workforce throughout the full assignment lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving engagement, improving communication, supporting retention initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through offboarding.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while partnering closely with recruiters, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Talent Engagement & Experience
  • Deliver a high-touch experience for contractors and industry professionals throughout their assignment lifecycle
  • Support engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives
  • Build relationships with talent to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall experience
  • Support talent sourcing and pipelining efforts in alignment with recruiting initiatives
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, surveys, and check-ins to gather feedback and identify trends
  • Assist with employee appreciation programs, milestone recognition, and team engagement activities

Communication & Coordination
  • Create compelling internal communications related to onboarding, engagement initiatives, career resources, and workforce updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for contractor questions, escalations, and support needs
  • Partner with recruiters and leadership teams to ensure a consistent and positive talent experience
  • Maintain visibility into workforce activity and proactively communicate updates or concerns

Workforce Lifecycle Support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition experience
  • Track assignment end dates and assist with redeployment and retention efforts
  • Monitor compliance-related activity and escalate overdue actions when needed
  • Maintain accurate workforce records and data integrity across internal systems

Reporting & Operational Support
  • Assist with tracking engagement metrics, retention data, and program participation
  • Compile reports and identify trends to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support workforce data management within systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on talent experience strategies and process improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, talent operations, employee engagement, or customer-facing support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in HRIS, CRM, or workforce management systems preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce programs or staffing environments, preferred
  • Familiarity with employee engagement or retention initiatives, preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
