Skills and Competencies
  • Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and itinerary preparation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and resolving competing priorities
  • Experience supporting event planning, team engagement initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and budget or expense administration
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while also collaborating effectively as part of a global team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to join the growing and dynamic Risk team at Moody's, providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer and senior leaders across the Corporate Risk and Resilience team.
  • Provides executive-level administrative support with a strong focus on complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and itinerary preparation
  • Proactively anticipates the needs of senior leadership and independently manages detailed tasks to streamline workload and enhance team effectiveness
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings, collects agendas for executive one-on-ones, documents meeting notes and minutes, and manages all related logistics
  • Serves as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, triaging correspondence and ensuring timely follow-through on action items
  • Supports event planning, hospitality, offsites, workshops, Town Halls, and other team engagement initiatives
  • Maintains and updates departmental documentation, organizational charts, shared drives, and internal resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Partners with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Legal, and Facilities, to support office operations and coordinate vendor-related needs
  • Utilizes AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to draft correspondence, summarize meetings, automate recurring tasks, and support the executive's and team's work, while applying responsible AI practices including appropriate human review and confidentiality standards
  • Tracks and coordinates expense reporting, manages basic office supply and technology requests, and supports budget administration on behalf of the Risk leadership team
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness across the organization

Through tools such as risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and continuous monitoring, the Risk Management function at Moody's helps minimize losses, safeguard stakeholders' interests, and enhance decision-making processes. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$56,200.00-$81,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
