strongKey Responsibilities:br / br / Administrative amp; Operations Support/strongbr / Track incoming payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-upbr / Manage subscriptions, renewals, and vendor accountsbr / Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerariesbr / Process receipts and expense documentationbr / Run business-related errands and provide general administrative supportbr / Assist with employee onboarding and training coordinationbr / Support vehicle administration including registrations, maintenance scheduling, andbr / documentationbr / br / strongMarketing amp; Sales Support/strongbr / Assist with trade show preparation, logistics, and on-site supportbr / Prepare, print, and organize sales brochures and marketing materialsbr / Create and schedule social media posts across company platformsbr / Support LinkedIn postings and company visibility initiativesbr / Assist with direct marketing campaigns and outreach effortsbr / Help coordinate and organize promotional materials and presentationsbr / Provide presentation support including formatting slides and preparing materialsbr / Assist with social media video coordination, posting, and basic content management Pay Range: - per_hour, General Benefits:
