Join a leading financial services organization as a Content Creator supporting a high-visibility business focused on corporate travel solutions. This is a 6-month contract opportunity (40 hours/week) with the potential for extension. Candidates must be able to work onsite in NYC 5 days/week.
The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can create compelling content that drives client engagement, onboarding, adoption, and long-term program growth.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop content that supports customers throughout their journey, from awareness and consideration through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You'll translate complex products, services, and workflows into clear, concise, and engaging content for both business decision-makers and end users.
Responsibilities
- Create thought leadership content including articles, executive briefs, talking points, and other strategic communications.
- Develop onboarding, adoption, and engagement content that improves customer activation and long-term utilization.
- Produce customer-facing content across web, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, FAQs, and resource materials.
- Support Sales and Client teams with enablement materials including one-pagers, competitive messaging, case studies, objection handling guides, and presentation content.
- Translate product features and functionality into customer-friendly messaging and educational materials.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Analyze content performance and engagement trends to optimize messaging and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience creating content for B2B audiences, preferably within SaaS, fintech, financial services, travel technology, or related industries.
- Experience developing lifecycle communications such as onboarding campaigns, email journeys, customer engagement programs, and behavioral communications.
- Strong content strategy and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable messaging.
- Experience creating sales enablement and product marketing content.
- Exceptional editorial skills, including tone management, clarity, and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Services teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business travel, corporate travel management, travel & expense (T&E), procurement, or related industries.
- UX writing experience for digital products and customer-facing platforms.
- Experience supporting video production through script writing and storyboarding.
- Familiarity with customer adoption frameworks, engagement metrics, and funnel measurement.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
