Job Description

Client is an international grocery supermarket chain, seeking a Brand & Packaging Creative Services Manager to support the development and execution of private label packaging projects. This is a hybrid position located in Arlington, VA, requiring in-office attendance three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is experienced managing multiple stakeholders (internal & external) while driving packaging and branding projects through completion. This position is covering extended leaves and is expected to run through late Q1/early Q2 of next year, with potential for full-time conversion.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage packaging and branding projects from creative development through final artwork production and project closeout
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Review packaging artwork for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand standards
- Lead project status updates, manage timelines, and consolidate feedback into clear direction for creative and production partners
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and system updates while identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows

Experience & Skill Set:
- 3-5 years of experience in packaging, branding, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with packaging development, artwork review, production workflows, and consumer brands, retail, grocery, or CPG environments preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat is a plus

Project Details:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in Arlington, VA (TuesdayThursday)
- Coverage for employees on extended leave
- Expected duration through late Q1/early Q2 of next year
- Potential opportunity to convert to a full-time position
