• Overseefleetassetmanagementincludingprocurementsupport,deployment,warrantytracking,andend-of-lifeplanning

Education&Experience

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.

• Bachelor'sdegreeinfleetmanagement,automotivetechnology,business,orrelatedfieldpreferred.

• 5+yearsofprogressiveexperienceinfleetmaintenanceorheavyequipmentmanagement,preferablywithinconstruction,infrastructure,transportation,orsimilarindustries.

• Experiencemanagingmaintenanceoperationsforamixedfleetoftrucks,trailers,constructionorutilityequipment(buckettrucks,diggerderricks,hydroexcavatingequipmentetc.)equipmentpreferred.

TechnicalKnowledge

• Strongunderstandingofvehicleandheavyequipmentmaintenance,includingengines,powertrainsystems,hydraulics,emissionssystems,andelectroniccontrolsystems.

• Knowledgeofpreventativemaintenanceprogramsandfleetlifecycleplanning.

• Familiaritywithfleetmaintenancesoftwareorassetmanagementsystems.
