In this role, the Sales Representative will identify, research, prospect, and qualify new leads while building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers./p pThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven, with a consultative sales approach and the ability to engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations about their transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain needs. This individual must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, pricing, carrier management, and leadership teams./p pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ul liGenerate qualified leads and set sales appointments to create new business opportunities and support revenue growth./li liUtilize cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and lead generation tools to maintain a high daily volume of prospecting activity./li liEngage executives and key decision-makers within targeted prospect accounts to identify transportation and supply chain challenges and present customized solutions./li liBuild, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities./li liCollaborate closely with internal sales, operations, pricing, warehousing, and carrier teams to develop and execute customer solutions./li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure a high level of customer service and operational execution./li liGenerate opportunities with both new and existing customers by identifying areas where MVT Logistics can provide value through brokerage, asset capacity, warehousing, managed transportation, and supply chain solutions./li liSchedule and coordinate customer calls, meetings, presentations, and business reviews./li liBecome proficient in CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and sales engagement software to effectively manage prospecting and customer activity./li liConduct sales development best practices using phone, email, and social outreach campaigns to engage and nurture prospects./li liCollaborate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure consistent follow-up on inbound leads and sales opportunities./li liDevelop strategies to increase customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and expand market share./li liMaintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and forecasting within company CRM systems./li /ul Pay Range: - per_year, General Benefits: pstrongJob Benefits/strong/p ul li401(k)/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liPaid Time Off/li liTuition Reimbursement/li liVision insurance/li /ul pstrongBenefit Conditions/strong/p ul liOnly full-time employees are eligible./li /ulPDN-a1f902cf-fb49-4b01-b977-93515dcb34a5
