Builds and designs AI models and data architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and support continuous improvement through experimentation and evaluation. Supports technical innovation, adheres to evolving governance standards, implements technical initiatives, and contributes to process automation and accurate project documentation to enhance system effectiveness and performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Privacy Control Execution & Automation

• Support the execution of existing privacy engineering controls and define new as needed.

• Assist in the automation and streamlining of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes for various data assets.

• Partner with senior business operations and strategy consultant to develop scalable solutions that improve control efficiency, tracking, and reporting.

Privacy Impact Assessment Management

• Facilitate end-to-end PIA engagements with multiple business units across the company.

• Gather, analyze, and validate data asset information needed for compliance reviews.

• Support documentation, workflow routing, and follow-up activities for PIA completion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other governance partners to interpret requirements and ensure consistent application of privacy standards.

• Engage with business and technical owners of applications, models, and reporting assets to collect information and drive necessary remediation actions.

• Support communication, coordination, and education efforts related to privacy obligations.


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI and data.
3. Understanding of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or related field.
2. Experience in Privacy.
3. Familiarity with operational technology tools and systems.
4. Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment.
