The Role and Team:
The Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy is a key contributor to the development and execution of our organization's strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. The Senior Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the long-term success of the company.
This person will be responsible for the successful planning, development, implementation, and project management, including research, analysis and communication efforts necessary to develop, modify, and deploy department initiatives. This person will also be responsible for representing the Corporate Strategy department to internal and external partners when appropriate.

In this role you will:
Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and refinement of the company's overall strategic plan, including identifying growth opportunities, assessing market trends, and evaluating competitive threats
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify potential risks and opportunities
Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the financial viability of potential strategic initiatives, including new business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships
Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform strategic decision-making
Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve strategic challenges, develop creative solutions, and implement action plans
Communication & Presentation: Develop clear and concise presentations and reports to communicate strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Create presentations to the Board and leadership team, tracking of key performance indicators and overall competitive intensity
Coordination of third party vendors, including events and presentations to external audiences
Assist as needed with internal employee events and communications
Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects related to strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA/advanced degree preferred or relevant industry experience
Proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
Corporate Maturity with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change
Desired Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's industry and competitive landscape is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is an advantage
Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively

This position offers an annual salary typically between $ 107K and $ 238K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
