Job Description
The Senior Coordinator, Field Execution Operations provides operational and coordination support for the Field Execution team, helping drive field execution of key growth priorities, programs, and events across AFG and AAG platforms. Reporting to the Sr. Business Program Manager, this role serves as a central resource responsible for coordinating deliverables, communications, supporting field initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Field Execution organization.
- Coordinate activities, deliverables across the Field Execution team.
- Support the planning and execution of field leadership meetings and events, including attendee management, logistics coordination, and communications.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, communications, meeting materials, and other team deliverables.
- Maintain execution processes, tools, and documentation to improve team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects and ad hoc operational requests that support Field Execution priorities.
- Serve as a key coordination resource, helping ensure alignment, communication, and seamless execution across the Field Execution team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting business operations, field organizations, or enterprise program teams.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $ 71,300-$ 98,100/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
