Are you an organized and hands-on warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and operational excellence? Jered, a PAR Systems company, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling activities that directly support production and customer requirements.
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating inventory activities, supporting production material kitting, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and issued. You'll work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to support production schedules, inventory accuracy, and process compliance. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership capability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Success Criteria
Your success will be measured by your ability to maintain accurate inventory records, support efficient material flow throughout the facility, and ensure warehouse processes are consistently followed. You'll be expected to effectively coordinate inventory activities, support production requirements, train team members, and contribute to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Strong performance includes maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing material shortages and discrepancies, supporting production schedules through timely material kitting and issuance, promoting process compliance, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Inventory processing knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and work process software (ERP systems such as Jobscope or Visibility preferred)
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and handle physical requirements of warehouse work
- US Persons
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints
- Woodworking or crating experience
- Prior experience training employees
